Virginia Stock is a sweet and tiny annual flowering plant that makes a great ground cover or low border plant. It grows to a maximum of 8” tall and is delicately covered with lilac and white 4-petalled flowers. Virginia Stock grows vigorously in full to partial sun, and prefers dry to moist soil. Seeds are packaged and germination tested for current year.

Virginia Stock produces beautiful flowers that are very fragrant, making this an ideal container or deck box flower – that you can enjoy the sweet scent with your morning coffee. Note: the further you plant the seeds apart, the larger they grow. If you sow the seeds too closely, the plants will not grow to 8” tall but you can think the seedlings before you transplant outdoors after last spring frost.
